About Carrollton Mortgage Co.

Family Owned

Charles Carroll of Carrollton

Carrollton Mortgage Co. is a family owned and operated business. We are one of the oldest lenders in the valley and have been in business since 1989. Many of our staff members have spent their entire careers in the mortgage business. It’s a way of life, and we enjoy our clients/friends dropping by from time to time just to chat. We are in a stressful business, so we work at adding a little humor here and there (very little).

Our trade mark is “The Supermarket of LendingTM.”  We strive to provide a wide variety of loans, which takes a great deal of time and effort just to keep abreast of all the changes. If we don’t have the loan you want, we will gladly tell you who has it.

Drop by and say hello; we’ll make sure you don’t leave before you get a smile and a very cheap pen with a money back guarantee!

What We Are Made Of?

Many people ask why we are "Carrollton Mortgage" instead of "Carroll Mortgage." When Paul Carroll named our company, he was inspired by Charles Carroll, who signed the Delaration of Independence. Our Founding Fathers put it all on the line when they were founding this country. Charles Carroll of Carrollton was possibly the richest man in the colonies and the only Catholic to sign the Declaration of Independence. He signed adding "of Carrollton" to his name to distinguish himself from the other Carrolls in the colonies should the British retaliate. He truly put his wealth and his life on the line by signing this document. We owe a lot to our country and our way of life. We strive to maintain the same high standards that Charles Carroll set. The vast majority of our business is referrals from our friends and past clients. We hope you will be very satisfied with our service, too.
